Telluride Photography is owned and operated by Merrick Chase, an experienced wedding, portrait, event, and commercial photographer who thrives on capturing the magical goings-on of the Telluride Valley. He has been photographing people and the things they do for over twenty five years in a variety of settings around the world. Merrick has covered most all of the special events and festivals that go on in Telluride throughout the year and loves particularly to photograph couples in love.

Merrick utilizes a combination of photojournalism and lifestyle/glamour approaches in his wedding photography that enable him to tell a couple's love story in an organic, moment-by-moment fashion. His professional yet easy-going attitude ensures that clients feel completely at ease in front of his lenses, thereby enabling him to capture beautiful, timeless images.

Merrick splits his time between Telluride and Boulder, Colorado, and photographs destination weddings all over the state of Colorado and beyond.
