Telluride Photography is owned and operated by Merrick Chase, who has been looking out from behind the lens for nearly twenty-five years. Merrick has traveled the world with his cameras, and shot in most corners of the Unites States as well. He has spent years capturing the looks of foreign cultures and peoples, in addition to shooting the more familiar in such venues as music festivals and rock concerts, action sports and lifestyle photography- and most things in between- always with a keen eye on his subjects.

In addition to Telluride Photography, Merrick is also a contributing photographer for numerous local publications and organizations including The Telluride Daily Planet, Telluride Magazine and the Telluride Visitor's Guide, VisitTelluride.com, Telluride Ski and Golf, and others.

Jessica Kerr acts as photographic assistant at Telluride Photography and handles the organizational side of things at shoots involving numbers of people both large and small. With a background in fashion design and staging, Jessica is on hand to put subjects at ease and to help ensure that spatial composition looks just right. She acts as an additional pair of eyes and sees to it that everyone is exactly where they need to be during a shoot- and that everyone is being shot at their best.
